		<description>This whole thing has diverged so far from the case at hand! It&#039;s all politics. Is anyone even asking the doctors what they think? I have a distinct impression about a public option because I&#039;ve lived through it here in Costa Rica. I think everyone has a right to basic healthcare, but we need to give the system time to let it evolve correctly rather than just plastering random ideas into 1000 page long bills.
